Point person for new Brazilian subsidiary, reducing product costs by 38%. Led project and  marketing implementation of new retail concept in Vietnam targeting young adult intenders. Developed division's 2025 strategy. I led a lot of people through a lot of change.

Led category strategy, partnerships, P&L and delivered over $200M in annual retail sales for Dealers and retailers. Cultivated relationships and negotiated business contracts, developed co-marketing programs, and co-branded product extensions to generate brand awareness among key segments and gain trials. Intimately involved in Company's riding and anniversary events, volunteering time and developing limited edition products AND auction items for MDA fundraising.

1997 - 2006

Iconic brands seem timeless and immutable. But in reality, change is constant, and brands need to continuously adapt. I played an instrumental role working with teams to transform, modernize, grow and differentiate a small and antiquated 1912-era product division and translate assortments for the 21st century customer. Some of my work is already housed at the Company's museum!
